Yes! We’re happy to offer free shipping on qualifying orders, depending on your location and promotions active at the time.

If something shows up broken, damaged, or not working as it should, don’t worry — we’ll replace it at no cost. Just reach out within 30 days, and we’ll take care of it.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — but only within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be processing or shipped.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer easy 30-day returns. If something isn’t right, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds usually show up on your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank.
